RLP is a 3 tier system using the in-game */roll* and was created to distribute loot as fairly as possible to as many people in a 25 man raid as possible. This allows people that are unable to raid with us on a regular basis the same opportunity to receive gear as people who are able to raid every night of the week.

*Loot is the reward and not the goal!* (thanks for reminding us Kharg)

Here are the tiers: Remember this is a /roll system

The *NEED* roll -
Everyone has one *Need* roll per one night of a raid.
*Need* rolls are for items that would benefit your main spec ONLY.
Your *Need* roll is only spent when you WIN an item you are rolling on.
If no one rolls *Need* and people who could use the item have used their nights *Need* roll already, then the item goes to *Greed*.
If no one rolls *Need* and no one has yet used a *Need* roll of the people who could use the item, then the item goes directly to a *Free For All* roll.

The *GREED* roll -
*Greed* rolls are for main specs ONLY.
You can *Greed* roll multiple times.
You can not roll *Greed* if you have not used your *Need* roll yet.
If no one rolls *Greed* then the item goes to a *Secondary Spec* roll.

The *Secondary Spec* roll -
*Secondary Spec* rolls are for Dual Spec'd classes.
You can roll *Secondary Spec* multiple times.

* Anything that is not rolled on in any of the three tiers will be sharded and placed in the Guild Bank (these can be handed out by officers on request).

** BOE items will be sold by the Guild for repair costs if a *Need* roll is not used for it


- FOR PEOPLE BRINGING ALTS TO A RAID - Unless this is done by the Raid Leader's request to fill a raiding need, any alt brought to a raid will be restricted to rolling ONLY when a *Secondary Spec* roll is called for. Alts will also need to meet the minimum requirements for 25-man raids found here -

NOTE: Please talk to an officer prior to any raid so your alt can be checked through armory.


ALWAYS consider if what you are rolling on is a bigger upgrade for someone else that could help the guild progress to the next raid!!

Please be considerate to others with respects to armor types. Paladins can equip 4 types of armor but priests can only equip one.
